Sheridan Capital, LLC, is a Delaware-registered limited liability company operating out of Hollywood, Florida. The firm is led by Aaron Kurlansky, who serves as Manager.

Mr. Kurlansky is also a co-founder and principal of FM Capital, established in 2007. At FM Capital, he oversees portfolio decision-making, including the sourcing, acquisition, management, and disposition of assets, as well as managing the commercial loan origination division. Throughout his career, he has managed over $3 billion in assets and has been involved in the acquisition and disposition of more than $25 billion in assets.

FM Capital specializes in debt acquisitions, direct lending, and equity investments across various property types, including multifamily, retail, office, industrial, and development properties nationwide. The firm is committed to creating long-term value for investors, clients, and borrowers.
